What are you looking for? I have been to both several times.
good to know! i always go to the Bolingbrook one and have wanted to check out the Schaumburg one. now i have an excuse (more selection presumed, since it is bigger).
sjh722, not looking for anything, really. I just realized there's a C&B outlet in Naperville and thought it would be worthwhile to go to BB rather than Schaumburg on my next trip if I decide to go north rather than east (Cincinnati).

If you're not looking for anything special I agree with pp, Bolingbrook is much easier to get in and out of. I have not done a scientific comparison but Schaumberg seems like it might just have more displays/more inventory in stock vs a greater variety of items. I could be way off base but I've never been looking for something particular and not found it in Bolingbrook.
Schaumburg does have a much bigger as-is section (I got a Hemnes dresser there in perfect condition except for 1 tiny scratch for half price). Last time I was in BB I had made a trip just for curtain hardware and it was cutting it pretty close - I think I cleaned them out of a few items.
I'm going to guess the BB store is like Cincinnati, which means I prefer Schaumburg. The reason I say that is because I have been able to find things at Schaumburg that I could not find in Cincinnati.
Yes the Bolingbrook inventory is not large at all, I would say it's less than Cincy even. They also are not good at keeping their online inventory up to date as other stores which really stinks when you are the area, check stock at both before driving home and make the mistake of thinking the Bolingbrook stock would be somewhat accurate.
