Just to get monitored. I am in so much pain and can hardly walk, and having some shooting, stabbing pains, but nothing time-able, not like regular contractions. I think its just severe RLP or just over-all soreness, but every step I take hurts so bad, almost to the point of tears.
You know what... it is better to be safe than sorry. If you even think that maybe you should go in... go! And if they tell you it is your RLP... thats cool. Peace of mind my dear jnoelle.
Listen, mama, when in doubt you should go. You'll never regret taking steps to be sure that everything is okay. What's the worst case scenario? They say everything is okay and you feel silly? No biggie!

Im really frustrated because I called earlier, at like 11am to ask what I should do and they took forever to call me back. Then they had a midwife who I havent met before, (works in another office) call me back, which was weird because I am only supposed to be under the care of doctors. She didnt know I was having twins until I called her, and told me all the basic things like drink water and lay down. Didnt really give me peace of mind, since it wasnt the Dr and I assumed they would want me to come in.
Now I dont know what to do. Call them back, just show up? Try to keep drinking water? Just cry?

You need to just go. You are clearly concerned and its THEIR JOB! Getting monitored and checked out hurts no one and will l give you answers. You have twins in there... It's ok to be concerned!!! Best wishes and thinking of you.
If you're going to call, just say "I'm coming in now" It will ease you mind and hopefully they can make you a little more comfortable. No need to be stressing with those 2 in there. You're doing GREAT! Hope you start feeling better
I would definitely go in. Does it sound like the symptoms of symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD)? I think it's common with twins. I had it and could barely walk after 33 weeks with just one.
