I made an expensive lasagna AND brownies for our pregnant friend that's on bed rest. We took over some books, dinner and dessert and hung out last night. I took everyone's advice and made her lasagna roll ups (after she pre-approved the dinner) and some salted caramel pretzel brownies. The ones pictured were the ones that didn't fit in my to-go container, so darn, I had to keep them! Though, I did freeze the extra roll ups that didn't fit in the casserole dish, and wrote the baking directions and gave them to her. I just couldn't part with the extra brownies!
And my son is now a basketball super star. Look out Lebron. Move over Globe Trotters. Here comes Micah.
ETA: Our driveway doesn't always contain trash. We had just cleaned out the garage the day before. I bought the blue hoop (used) without realizing it was WAY too tall for him and had picked up the yellow hoop (also used) the day before I shot this.

I watch the Today Show with Tyler in the morning. Every time they go out to the crowd and the people are waving and clapping, Tyler stops whatever he is doing to applaud with them.
I just hit the top of my healthy BMI range as of today. I would still like to lose another 15-20 pounds, but it means I can stop paying for weightwatchers now since I made that my lifetime weight!
I was just watching Macy playing yesterday and realized she was saying "one, two" I tried to take a video but it's kind of hard to hear. I wanted to show DH in case it was a fluke! It's one of those things we always count, my mom told me if you keep counting everything eventually they'll just know their numbers.

I totally hear it! Micah has started counting himself off for various things (he's doing it in his basketball video I posted), but his aren't nearly as clear as Macy's words are! I love it!

Congrats!! That is such an amazing accomplishment.
I've gone to the gym so much lately that the workers know my number. It makes me feel great.
Ari's talking is really taking off and he now says animal sounds. Meowwwww is my favorite
Owen has sorta started to say some words! Cat (co), hat (ha), shoes (shooo) and down? (dow) Finally!
AND He's mostly STTN!!!!!!! He still sometimes wakes up once, but lately H hasn't even had to go in. FINALLY!!!
(sorry for the excessive exclamation points, in this case, it's totes warranted)
More exclamation points needed for this one!! Woohoo go Owen! You know I've always thought our O's were very similar - Olivia has been STTN more often than not too!!
Olivia walks! Old news for many, I know, but obviously we're so proud of her
She also has started to name colors on familiar items like the balls for her popper and the shape sorter. Orange (or-nee) is her favorite and most consistent but she also does red and purple (burble).

Graham is finally babbling more consonant sounds. Finally. As long as I see progress in the speech dept, I'm good. We're a little concerned his first word is "no" because whenever he's frustrated he's been saying "na na na"
He's started washing himself and all his bathtime toys. It's super cute (although not at all effective washing).
