I don't know if I have ever seen stairs like that in a bathroom!
lol. Me, neither. They lead to the landing of the staircase at the front of the house that goes to the second floor, where all the bedrooms are. It's a little strange, but nice to have the additional access to the bathroom since the other door leads to the back of the house. Eventually, we need to put in a bannister.
They are so cute. I love the stairs and you guys did great.
Looks great! Now I want to see the rest of your house. . I have a room off the stair landing (mid-stair) in my house. I wonder if it was a bathroom at one time. Now it's just a closet with a window...lol.

Weird! Does it have another entry, too? What year was your house built?
No just the one off the landing. It was built in 1900. The first floor layout is not original so I don't know where a bathroom was originally.
Nice job! I really need to rip carpet off and refinish our stairs, but I'm worried about the condition of the treads underneath. It never even occurred to me that one could just take them off and flip them over. (but sometimes I'm not the sharpest pencil in the pencil case, if you know what I mean)
