TrudyCampbell- it was delicious! I think I am going to cut back on the thyme and add in another spice- maybe rosemary??- but I will make it again for sure. Thanks for sharing!

ME TOO, ME TOO!!!! I honestly was about to post this...I made it last night, and like Beener I loved it, but the Thyme was too much. Maybe I put too much on, but I am going to try another spice next time.
Just so you know TrudyCampbell I DON'T COOK...like EVER. But this really inspired me. Thanks for the recipe and even if you didn't mean to/know it, the encouragement!

That looks amazing! Did you by chance warm any up as leftovers? If so, was it any good?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this; I am eating it warmed up right now and it is still pretty good. Not as good as right out of the oven but I sprinkled some parmesan cheese on it and it's making for a good lunch!
