I bought one at Target this weekend, it's white w/no snaps. The size tag said 25-30 pounds, clearly they did not take her chunky thighs into consideration. She had it on for maybe a whole 15 minutes. If anyone wants it PM me your addy and I will send it to you after it comes out of the wash!
