1. I'm doing good, better than I expected.
2. I have 10 left, out of 49
3. I went over on two days. Last Saturday (we went out to dinner with my parents) and by like, 5, on Sunday
4. 2. That's sad
5. I did not, I turned that option off
6. I want a giant bowl of something terrible. But other wise, I feel good. I'm not super hungry, I feel satisfied.
7. I lost 2.4lbs from Thursday to today, my official weigh in day is on Thursday

I tend to spurge on weekends and stick to 26 a day during the week. Weigh in is on Sat morning 4. How many activity points do you have? 0 I suck!! 5. Did you swap them for food points? No 6. How are you feeling? fat! Lol 7. How much weight did you lose in the last week? .7 8. How much weight have you lost total? 30.7 pounds total.. 11 to go until I reach my goal. It's been slow coming off but those .5 and .7 losses add up!

I started WW again with my FI 3 weeks ago. My weigh-in day is Monday, so I just started a new week.
1. I lost a pound this past week. I feel eh, about it. But I'm happy with my progress. 2. I have 49 left. 3. I usually use allowance points sparingly. If I use them, I tend to spread them out throughout the weekend. 4. I've got 3 activity points. 5. I haven't swapped them yet. I have it set up that my activity points are swapped before allowance points. 6. I'm feeling like I should have gone to the gym. 7. I lost 1 lb. last week 8. I've lost 6 lbs total in 3 weeks.
Today is my WI day, so I'll go ahead and check in 2 days late.
I gained 1.6 lbs and I'm pretty upset about it. Actually, I weighed myself yesterday and I was up .2, so I am pretty shocked that it jumped from 172.6 to 174 this am. I did eat a small piece of pound cake and three doughnut holes yesterday...otherwise it was healthy. Trying to shake it off. Also, overall this week I wasn't great about tracking (because of a lot of estimating because I was eating out) so I may have eaten more weeklies than I thought.
I gained more activity points/went to the gym more, so I'm happy about that.
I also had a huge loss my first week, so it may just be evening out a bit (lost like 7 lbs on week 1 back)
Since I started WW two years ago, I have lost 76 lbs. Since two weeks ago I've lost 5ish.
