I have been dizzy a ton. I can't make it through showers without sitting down. I have actually had to get out and lay down on the floor a few times mid shower. Some days are worse than others. Yesterday, I couldn't even stand up to fix my daughters hair, which sucks.
I am pretty sure it is just low blood pressure. Mine was 90 something over 50 at the office the other day. I keep trying to make sure I am drinking at least 100 oz of water a day or more, and make sure I am keeping my blood sugar up by snacking. I do feel like when I am slacking on my water intake (earlier in the day) or snacking is when it is the worst.

I have had some dizzy spells. Mostly after a shower. So, I take cooler showers now. I blacked out a couple times too, but one was related to a blood draw and the other was because I went waaaay too long without eating. So, I am always working to stay hydrated and eat regularly. DH jokes I'm a show pony that needs to be fed and watered but it's true! Feeding and hydrating while pg is SUCH a damn chore.
As for standing up at the wedding, keep your legs soft. Slightly bent, that is. Do not lock your legs, and it sounds dumb but be conscious of your breathing People hold their breath without realizing. Is it indoor or outdoor?? Maybe you can be the furthest from the bride (like the first to walk in sort of thing) so if you do feel dizzy, you can gracefully back out of line and then go recover in private so you don't faint during the service?? I don't think it's ideal. But I also bet you'll be just fine too!

This happened to me a few times in weeks 10-20ish... it was my blood sugar. I was having a hard time since I am gluten-free and avoided a lot of carbs (not for any reason other than gf stuff tastes terrible most of the time), so I had to find ways to add back in some good carbs that could metabolize more easily into sugars. I noticed that you are still pretty early on, if you are having Morning sickness, you may not be eating enough due to the nausea, just make sure you keep something in your stomach at all times. I also carried apple juice cartons in my purse along with a protein bar to help when things got bad and I was not home. It gets better!
