It's a lot like a sinus infection, but I don't have one. My head pounds. I don't have a headache. I notice it more at night than during the day, and I mostly feel it on my right side. Could it be my ears or something else? It's been going on for a month or two. My blood pressure is great and my pulse is about 60-65. It started happening not long after DH passed away, and I figured it was because of stress.
A few years ago it seemed to go away, but now it's back again. What could be causing this?? Should I see an ear specialist? Or maybe my neck and shoulders are too tense? What should I do?

Maybe something to do with your ear canal? Have you ever been told you have narrow ear canals? DH has very narrow canals, and occasionally when he gets a lot of wax build up, it screws with his head.

Whenever I get intense pressure like that, my mind automatically goes to "aneurysm" and I just sit there waiting to black out.
Also...The neck stuff...I get HORRIBLE pressure in my head when I'm trying to sleep, because of my neck position. I have no real good advice for this though, because I have yet to find a pillow that support my neck in a way that relieves the head pain
