We are clear for food challenges! This is an exciting day. Her skin test results were negative. The allergist wants us us to challenge eggs first because she thinks we are less likely to see a problem based on H's history. We are starting with processed egg and then will hopefully move to baking our own food with egg and onto actual egg. It is really hard to find things with egg that don't have milk! I looked at about 30 boxes of crackers and cookies and finally found some dairy free cookies that contained egg. Might as well make the challenge fun.

If any of the challenges result in diarrhea we have to stop and assume she has a Protein sensitivity and go back to eliminating the offending ingredients from her life. They would also send us to the GI at that point.

It will be awhile before we get through egg and then into dairy. H was hoping to try "moo moos" right away but the cookie this afternoon softened the wait :-) This means I'm on poo watch. Sweet.
