Hello all! Can I hang out with you?
I usually lurk here, but have been getting more serious about health and fitness lately, so I figured I'd introduce myself!
My name is Carmie and I'm a regular over on Child-free Thoughts. I've lost about 15 pounds through diet alone, and now I'm adding in exercise, so I can lose the rest of the weight - I have another 20 pounds or so to go!
I have started c25k and signed up for my first race which is in August while hubby and I are on vacation. I also do yoga once or twice a week!
I'm vegan and try to eat a mostly clean diet -- 80/20 is my motto. 80% clean and whole foods, 20% processed stuff. Yes, it's possible to be an overweight vegan!
