What do you take for heartburn?

I left my list of approved medications at home and I need to grab something from the pharmacy. What do you take that is safe during pregnancy? Thanks!

I've been taking Tums.

Tums are good, and they have calcium which is good too. I think you can take Gaviscon? Have you googled it?

I started out taking Tums, but quickly developed a really strong aversion to it (now even a Tums commercial makes me gag). Now I take Zantac twice a day.

Prevacid works wonders for me.

zantac 1x per day or every 12 hours. ice cream/most dairy makes me feel worse - no clue why. Tums only works for 15mins.
