Show me what you bought to bring baby home from the hospital. I am looking for inspiration for boys and girls since we are Team Green, so any links are very appreciated!
Both of my girls were born in cooler weather, so I brought them home in footed sleepers.
This time, I have this bodysuit dress for a girl and a creeper like this for a boy (though the one I have is gray with a truck that wraps around the side, but isn't pictured online anymore).
I have always used Carter's for coming-home outfits because their newborn sizes have fit my babies well. (Most other brands start at 0-3 months, although babyGap has newborn but it runs small.)

We brought a NB sleeper for each sex. I wish we had a 0-3 outfit because we had to stuff DD into it. I have the boy outfit away to a friend since it was unneeded and already washed.
Oh, an think about the season - we bought ours in April for our July baby. It was not seasonally appropriate lol.
I'm lame and I ordered a onesie that is hot pink and says "i love my pug" and a marching hat that says Madison that I think I will bring her home in lol

Team green also.
(Is it sad that I have no idea what DS wore home? I honestly don't remember.)
For this baby, my sister bought one outfit for each sex, so I'm packing both. The girl's is a little peach/white sundress, and the boy's is a little cotton shorts/overall type thingy. I could take a pic and PIP tomorrow for ya.
DD2 is due on DD1's birthday and if I don't go into labor by my due date, I'll be induced the day after (on the day before Halloween) so DD2 will probably come home in the same outfit just because I think it would be cute. If DD2 ends up early and not born near Halloween, I need to come up with a back up!
We were team green last time and I had a white outfit for dd - a little fleece hooded jacket and fleece trousers. She had a white onesie on underneath. We got it in H&. It was early March

I'm designing custom gowns for them through cafepress or something similar with their names on them. The only issue is one name is set and for the other twin we're deciding between two, so I will likely end up ordering 3 and we'll decide at the hospital.
According to my mom they don't give you loads of time to get the baby dressed before you're out the door and you don't want anything near their bellies (like an elastic waist), so that's why I'm going the gown route. Plus, they can wear them later, too.
