Smoothie 2 coffees Lots of fruits: raspberries, grapes, apple Beet, edamame and goat cheese salad Bagel Orange juice Pretzels Pepperoni pizza (2 slices) and fries Non alcoholic beer Vanilla sundae with almonds, blueberries, chocolate chips and chocolate sauce
Breakfast: coffee Lunch: broccoli cheese soup and turkey avocado BLT from Panera (H was off today so we ate out) Dinner: went out for Italian--salad with a pasta primavera w/ shrimp Possibly dessert later: tiramisu we brought home from dinner
Breakfast- nothing : / Lunch- 2 slices of pizza Dinner- broccoli cheddar soup, chocolate cupcakes Probably more chocolate cupcakes later.
My shitty eating can be attributed to setting up my classroom all day and my H being away on business for 4 days. My shitty eating tomorrow will be because its a day ending in "y"
I had Familia Swiss Musesli with two hand fulls of blueberries (a shitload to be exact) and 1% milk and a glass of O.J.
Lunch was three bean salad, a half of a turkey and mayo sandwich, and a couple of bites of pizza and I think water.
My snack was some peanut butter on bread, maybe a half slice; the kids were snacking with me and I think that's how much I ate and some O.J. I also had a bit of brie, maybe three slices.
Plenty of water throughout the day.
Dinner a whole mini bagel with cream cheese, some salmon, sausage, and egg with ketchup just small portions of each of the three items. I might have had a glass of 1% milk.
Now, a glass of Cava and a cup of chocolate ice cream.

A ginormous salad with romaine, baby spinach, field greens, shredded carrots, green onions, hard boiled eggs, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green onions, sliced mushrooms, sliced cucumbers, blue cheese, and fresh croutons.
One small scoop each of potato salad, macaroni salad, and seafood pasta salad.

B: a glazed donut because I ran out of time to get breakfast at work and a coworker had brought them S: 1 bar oats and crunch L: 1 fried chicken leg (popeyes) and a scoop of home made potato salad (fundraiser at work)with a DR PEPPER S: 3 animal crackers D: 1/2 britolli freezer meal thing plus a little extra pasta
2 glasses of wine so far... A SHIT ton of water. The soda was my first in almost 6 months...
