Crib, six-drawer dresser (with changing pad), glider and ottoman, twin bed, small cabinet nightstand. Books are overflowing a large basket on the floor.
Crib/change table (they are together), a bookshelf that has those fabric drawers, a bin full of toys & stuffed animals, a hamper, a glider with ottoman, and a diaper pail.
Crib, changing table/dresser (specifically designed as a combo) wardrobe (bedrooms in NL don't come with closets) a day bed, shelf above the changing table and we're still thinking about a bookcase/toy storage option.
No rocker/ottoman, I'll use the day bed for comfy sitting/nursing, it has a ton of pillows and is about the most comfortable piece of furniture in our house.
We just bought a book shelf and 6 drawer dresser. Going to get a crib.
I keep going back and forth on whether we need a changing station and a glider. Would you recommend we get them too?
You can put a changing pad on top of the dresser and use that for a changing station if you like. We didn't have the space for a separate changing station, and I didn't want to spend the money on it when it's only used for a certain time period.
A glider was a must for me. We don't have any other seating upstairs and that's where I imagine we'll be feeding her most often. Also, it's super comfy.

I did not want a rocker or glider. At all. In general I hate how they look except for ones that were like $800+ which I refused to spend the money on because I wouldn't be able to repurpose it anywhere in my home after I was done with it in the nursery.
In the end, I did get a rocker though, but it's actually a wicker one with cushions and pillows, and can be used outside on the porch whenever I am done with it in baby's room. It was on sale, only $150, and so I felt this was a good bet for me. I went back and forth on this a bunch tho.
The changing station I got because it was inexpensive as hell. $60 from IKEA. I wanted to have a designated space for all her changes that was separate from the dresser...idk why I felt this was important. The changing station will serve as open shelving storage for whatever I want in the future. Craft supplies, toys, more books, etc. It was worth it to me. I wouldn't have purchased a changing station that I was not able to repurpose, though.

Ultimately: Crib Six drawer wide dresser, use top for changing Leather rocker swivel recliner Small end table next to it for lamp, cup, radio, monitor Bookcase
Currently: The recliner Pile for garage sale Pile of baby toys from DS An old dresser that needs to go
We have a crib, a changing table, a poang chair and ottoman, a small dresser and a small/low bookcase. We went with the changing table because we like our little dresser and didn't feel like getting rid of it for something big enough to double as a changing space. We have an old rug in there now, but we want to get a new/nicer one eventually. I think that I might get a small, low table to put in the corner near the chair too. Oh and we made/hung rain gutter shelves on the walls, which are my favorite things in the room.

IKEA Expedit shelf tower (will act as room divider and as clothes/toys/book/everything storage) Crib
And depending on how much space is left over, we will see if there is room for a nightstand + lamp. If not, then we will get a floor lamp and see what else we can put in the space. We don't have room for a glider/ottoman but we have one right outside the nursery in the living room so I will just feed/read to baby there.
We also have a foldable changing table from IKEA that we will keep in the living room.

DD1's room has a 6 drawer chest, crib, recliner/rocker, changing table and bookcase.
DD2's room will have a 6 drawer chest, crib, recliner/rocker, short dresser with a changing pad on top, and a bookcase. So basically the same things, but we are changing the open changing table out for a short dresser with a changing pad on top.
Crib, bookcase, glider w/small side table, dresser w/changing pad on top. We also have another chair we used to use when he was very wee and we both did bedtime.
Crib/Toddler bed Changing table Dresser Glider & ottoman Small table that serves as a nightstand w/ a lamp and sound machine on it. Monitor used to be on it until B learned he could play with it.
ETA: IN the new nursery we have:
A solid wood desk A white computer desk A large square table A dresser
All of which is going away. The changing table, glider & ottoman will be moving over from B's room. And then we'll buy a new dresser. And whatever the hell we decide to do for crib.
