Friday & Saturday were both rest days and I ran my first 10 miler today!!! Didn't feel so hot afterwards though, I think I overdid it. But it's all good now.

Fri: About 7hrs of walking around an amusement park and trying not to lose my lunch on some rides Sat: Recovery - doing some outlet shopping Sun: 4.75mi run. Had a short amount of time to run this AM, so I had to cut my 5mi short due to some annoying gear issues early on. Calf felt great, though!
This will be easy: I did nothing. Bad, bad week for me. I plan on stepping it up this week again though. I am scared to see my map my run stats from last week.
