Training schedule for the week? Class MTT, taking off on Friday to rest and recover.
Injuries, problems, or vents? So in addition to my huge wine about the pull-ups, I found out yesterday I will be running 2 miles, which is a huge stretch for me. My short thick thighs are great for lifting, not so much for the running. There is a 20min time cap and I'm only 75% confident I can do that Whatever, I'm going to get out and there and do my thing (listening to a podcast during the run to distract myself) and just have fun. I need to plan out my food for the day. I see a cooler full of coconut water, sweet potatoes, and ground turkey.
Highlights from last week? My parents came to watch a class last night and that was cool to share this huge part of my life with them.

I tried Brooks Ghost and then Mizuno. They do feel different when running and it will take some time to see if I like them more than the NB.

Now you're running 2 marathons 2 weeks apart?! Which one is your goal race?
I'm running Freedom's Run with DH and he is planning on a 10 minute pace. I guess that makes MCM my goal race! I plan on icing, stretching, and resting in between the 2, and we'll see how I recover. I'll do the first half pretty conservative, and hopefully will have some extra to give in the second half.
