I ran 2:47 yesterday! I was Supposed to do three, but I guess I was too fast! I do a looong loop around my area of the city and the last time I did it, it took me 3 hours. So of course, I would do it again because it was the perfect length. Well, I got home at 2:47!! I ran up all the giant hills in my hood, stopped every 10 minutes to drink. I am so excited that I'm getting faster!
I don't run with my Garmin, only a HRM and I stay in zone 2, so I don't know my pace and don't want to know my pace.
I am really sore today in my hips and knees, I can't wait for my new shoes to come!!
Yay! I love getting the last long run done, it is like FINALLY training is coming to an end when I see my next longest run is the race. And great job on the improved time for your loop and conquering the hills - YOU ARE READY.

I did it last week on Monday!! Today I start taper. I went to the pool and it was more like social hour for me! Oooops! I did have plan I just didn't quite follow it today!!
