I followed the bike portion of a 16 week. I swam masters 3x a week since Jan, and just maintained long runs from 10-13 on cycle post marathon (+3 shorter runs/weekly). I sort of did my own thing with bricks - I raced a lot leading up to Boulder, & did at least 20 mins after every long ride.
I really was concerned that I was not ready, but I can now say with confidence that I was well trained - I felt awesome
