Roar. There are like 3 people on the playground (which isn't very big) using it as a gym. They don't have kids or anything, they're just using it to work out. WTF? Jamie.is freaked out bc they're using the play structure
I'd grab him, throw him on the playground equipment that the jocks are using, and say very loudly "Jamie, I know you have a poopy diaper, but mommy didn't bring anything to change you. Why don't you play a little bit longer, then we'll go home. I hope you don't leak!" Hopefully it'll gross them out enough to leave.
I find this strange. But I was at a playground this weekend that actually had stickers on it showing you how to use the playground to get a work out, it even had added attachments for pull ups.
We have a few of those. The worst is they bring hand radios as they work out. Mel hasn't noticed them since they're usually on the big kid stuff, but I've seen some of the older kids looking so confused when they want to do the monkey bars but can't because Mr. buff with the annoying music is in the way. And the radio is usually hooked to one of the monkey bars, too.
Tell them to move on. I mean it is a playground. For children. Tell them that it is really uncomfortable having them there and then ask them "isnt it kind of weird hanging out in a playground sans children? I mean it could give people the wrong idea..." I bet that would move them quickly!

I think it's actually against the rules posted to hang out on the playground if you don't have a kid
