Fri: Rest Day Saturday: Had a yard sale up the road from my house, so hauling all that stuff in/out of the house/car. Plus I took a few bike trips (1.5 mi round trip) up to the gas station to use the restroom and buy beer for my friend. Sat evening recovery = eating dinner on the deck and having a couple drinks with my friend Sunday: 9 miles and cleaning the house
Friday: Drove home from camping, walked to dinner to stretch legs Saturday: Ran 16 miles and felt awesome Sunday: Ran a slow but refreshing 3 miles, walked to get groceries
Feeling incredible with my feet up and a glass of wine now.

I ran 15 miles on a treadmill. I'm a single mom and didn't have anyone to watch my kids. Needless to say, it was incredibly boring and my kids were hard to keep entertained. BUT it really made my marathon seem not so crazy.

I can't ever wrap my head around this. Long run treadmill runners amaze me. As mentioned in another post, we had a heatwave w/a feels like temp of 108* this weekend and I am certain that your 15 miles was more difficult than the 16 miles I did outside in that weather. I would die if I had to run that long on a treadmill. Way to work on your mental game. Well done!
