ETA: We have the Motorola and the picture is a little more clear but it requires the camera to be in the perfect position which I find annoying. I've used the Summer Infant nannying and I liked it more due to being able to control the camera right from the monitor itself.

It's not a baby monitor specifically, but it's for home monitoring and it's great. You can view from your smart phone or any computer or tablet. It's called Drop Cam. They sell them on Amazon and are super easy to set up.

I'm (mildly) hearing impaired and just starting to look into these. I'm currently looking into this Motorola at Target, mainly for the vibration capability. I also like that it shows the room temperature.
I want to look at the Baby Bargains-suggested one because it's much cheaper, but it doesn't vibrate. But since you have alternate warning systems, you might not need that anyway!

It vibrates too?? I was leaning towards getting that one too, but didn't realize it vibrates. Win!
Okay, don't take my word for that! I know I found one model with a vibration feature, but I seem to have gotten my links mixed up. I can't find anything confirming that now, and it seems like some others use vibration to wake the baby if they are still for too long?
