Basically, to sum it up. I live with my parents and they babysit when I work out. They've gone away quite a bit this spring and I've struggle to fit work outs when I was alone with my son.
So the update: The first week my parents went away in April was a total fail. I was trying to switch him from his crib to a toddler bed that week and it didn't go well. Between lack of sleep and planning, I didn't get any working out in.
They are away again this week and I reread the thread of the week-end and finally decided to call a babysitter. It worked out great. The babysitter came after I had him in bed and I got a great work out in.
So I guess I just want to say thank you again for giving me great ideas.
That's great, it must have felt so good to get in a quality workout! I must be tricky to coordinate everything, I give you a lot of credit for putting working out high on your list of priorities
