I had to block someone on FB the other day because I couldn't deal with her multi-day posts about Crossfit. I'm glad she loves it, but I didn't need 5-6 updates on a daily basis about it. I kind of want to post this now just for her.
As a CFer, I find it hilarious. I try to keep my enthusiasm to a minimum IRL unless someone asks me about it. I do post about it on FB occasionally, but usually only if I've accomplished something I've been working on for awhile or I have a brag-worthy PR .
It really does take over your life, though! Anyone who gets upset by something like this takes themselves too seriously.
