I got mine in the hospital the day after I had DD and the only side effect I had was a sore upper arm for about 2 days. It wasn't bad at all though compared to all of the other crotch and boob pains I had going on after delivery.

When I had it a couple years ago, the nurse recommended that I rub the injection site for 5-10 seconds periodically throughout the day to help reduce soreness. It seemed to work - my arm was just a tiny bit sore, but not anywhere near as bad as other people I've talked to who didn't rub their arms. I didn't have any issues with feeling feverish/sick.
I had a sore arm, and some flu-like symptoms from maybe 12-24 hours after the shot. I may have had a slight fever, felt a little achy, and really tired. After 24 hours I was fine except for the sore arm.

I just had a slightly sore arm for a couple of days. I like to get the shot in my dominant arm because I think using the arm helps to work the soreness out. I didn't have any other symptoms.
I didn't feel sick at all, just sore at the injection side/muscle for a few days, sometimes a little itchy. I used ice on it a little just to soothe it, but otherwise it wasn't bothersome at all.

The first time I recd one was about 3-5years ago? My arm was so sore and I felt ill the next day.
This time when I got the Tdap (like a month or two ago?) my arm was sore for a few days, but not nearly as bad, and I felt a bit tired but not sick at all.
I kept rotating my arm to try and work out any potential soreness, but it didn't help much haha.
It's not so bad though! No fever, and I was functional both times.
I had mine a couple of weeks ago. I felt really tired and my arm was super sore the next day. The soreness lasted over a week and I had a huge knot where they gave me the shot. No other issues.

Just had mine yesterday and my arm was so sore this morning when I woke up. I took some Tylenol and have been massaging it all day. It doesn't feel as bad but still kind of uncomfortable.
