L: probably leftover chicken quesadillas - yum. the office decided to order lunch in so i am having a chilis california chicken club - no fries and no bacon but still a splurge. ill have the quesadilla for dinner
S2; fage yogurt w/granola
S3: (if needed) low fat chocolate milk
E: 2m easy run (nail appt tonight )
D: on my own tonight - DH @ work. maybe smoothie king smoothie - does that count as dinner if i don't have a hard workout?
B: Shredded wheat and Kashi Go Lean Crisp in 1% milk; raw almonds; coffee w/ milk and sugar
L: Leftover black bean and lentil soup; turkey and swiss on 7 grain Dang, hubby took the last of the soup! Change that to leftover slow cooker chicken w/ tomatoes, cannelini beans and yellow pepper over brown rice; lowfat vanilla yogurt
S: Chewy kashi granola bar
D: ww pasta and tortellini (don't have much of either, mixing them together) with tomato and basil sauce and parmesan; steamed broccoli

Summertime eating stinks for me. I never have a good plan without school.

B - coffee w/milk, fruit, pbj on ww english muffin S - 1/2 a clif bar L - chicken salad + veggies/dip D - chicken marsala casserole + edamame S - watermelon
B1 - 1/2 Clif Bar, some watermelon, some gatorade E - 5 mile run + 2 mile walk - I over did it on the strength training yesterday - sore today, so my run was really slow:( B2 - oatmeal, banana, green tea L - spinach salad w/ tuna and cottage cheese, greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of blueberries and raspberries S - apple, mini Luna bar (if I need it) D - tilapia, roasted beets, tabbouli salad and mashed sweet potatoes E2 - 1 mile walk to play trivia tonight:)

e: 35 min hilly run...if I can make it. I've been having calf pain and could barely do it last night.
