I had my NT scan and a follow up with the MFM today...things are looking up!
- Nuchal translucent fold thingy was 1.1, which is good and low risk (she said they look for <3). Yay! - Placenta is now mostly anterior instead of directly over my cervix. Yay! (Related: doc said it was OK to try some light running again - double yay!) - Fibroid hasn't grown any larger and is just hanging out, and doesn't appear to be interfering with baby's space. Yay! - I can stop taking progesterone supplements. Yay, two less things to remember to do every day! - If anyone remembers from a post I made a couple of weeks ago, I left my last midwife appointment feeling kind of freaked out by how freaked out she was about my BP (at that appt it was 130/90). She marked it in my file for discussion with the MFM. I've been monitoring it at home and it's been way lower (as it always is at home) and today the MFM himself took it and it was 120/70. He is not concerned in the least at this point and just said to keep monitoring it with my cuff at home a few times a week to look for any changes. No meds needed! Yay, yay, yay!
And of course it was so fun to see the baby, who was doing some serious acrobatics in there during the first couple of minutes of the U/S. Toward the end, s/he apparently decided it was nap time, and rolled over, curled up, and went to sleep. Like, "Enough of you people and your poking, GTFO." Even the tech was cracking up!
