I don't know if you remember but I've been struggling with neck pain over the last months of my training.
Thankfully, I've noticed a huge improvement. I was going to a chiro but we both decided that right now it's not working toward long term pain relief, so I'm not going. I've been to PT, they've given me some great exercises and I think they have really helped. They also do ultra sound during my visit. I've seen quite an improvement. I went yesterday and the PT thinks that I'm having disk issues, but he is not putting me on any restrictions. He said the rest of my body will be hurting more than my neck on race day and I'll forget about it! I'm sure he's right.
Also, today I'm going in for a bike fit done by a PT. I know it's really close to race day and part of me thinks leave things the way they are, but even if she changes one thing, it might make me feel better on the bike. I'm a little nervous.
