For my last pregnancy (3 years ago), I was not working in a business professional setting so I only had to buy one pair of basic black dress plants (Liz Lange from Target). I am working now and need to buy a few more pairs. I've checked online at Old Navy and Gap, and in a couple Targets and Motherhood Maternity stores. The only store that had dress pants was Motherhood, but I wasn't impressed with the quality for the price (more $ than my Liz Lange pants and much lower quality, thin and cheap looking).

I found good quality pants at MM- they are probably a little thicker in material than I would like for summer, but not that bad, for $35 I thought it was worth it. I thought Target had crappy pants. Maybe try Old Navy? I've heard good things about their maternity clothes.

I got these at JCPenny and have really liked them. They are only $25 and the quality was good. I ended up returning the ones I bought at Motherhood, since they were like double the price.
I have a couple of pairs from Gap that I like. I had to order them online. If you spend $50, you get free shipping and returns are also free. I had to order a few different kinds and try them out but I really like the ones I ended up with.

Kohls and actually our Babys R Us recently started selling maternity clothes and I got a pair of casual and a pair of nice work pants. I was surprise I liked them from there.
