I've tried the bare minerals one and it works well, but I hate the smell. I'm currently using the paula dorf one. The smell is fine, but it doesn't work as well as the BM cleaner.
I hated the Bare Minerals spray. Super expensive, and it never seemed to get my brushes really clean. I really like the Sephora brand sprays (and they're cheap) and Sonia Kashuk's brush shampoo spray.
I could be wrong, but I assume OP is looking for a brush cleaner for something quick?
I use baby shampoo to clean brushes, too, but with a brush spray, you can use the same brush to apply different colors since there is no wait time for the hair to dry. If that makes sense...

I see! Completely different reason than what I read initially. I just rub the brush around on a towel to change colors. I've never actually used an official brush cleaner. Am I doing something wrong?

I use the Sephora brand. It seems to work ok. But it was the first one I tried so I don't really know for sure. I might pick up the Sonia Kashuk to try and compare the two.

Yep! This is exactly what I do. I use the spray daily and then clean with baby shampoo weekly.
I'll check out the Target and Sephora ones. Thanks!

I swipe mine on a towel too!
There's nothing "Wrong" about it I did it for years!
It wasn't until the woman who did my wedding makeup suggest I get a spray to use before each application. The spray gets it *really* clean and it didn't dilude the colors.
