I'm feeling very unmotivated and uninspired today. Anyone want to come up with a workout for me to do today? I need to focus on cardio and legs. I have a gym membership and have access to all the equipment and machines there. My big goal right now is a 5K PR. What should I do for a workout tonight?
Monday I did fast running intervals (total of 4 miles) + yoga class Tuesday I did an easy run of 3.5 miles Wednesday I did elliptical for 30 minutes + yoga class + weights (arms)
It's really easy to remember, which is probably why I like it so much. I can do one round (with proper form) in about 6 minutes, so you can either do AMRAP for a set amount of time or a set number of rounds.
