Did you do it? It's gorgeous outside, I wish I could have run all day. I got out when there was clear blue skies at lunch and low humidity and mid seventies. It's like it was FALL. I love fall running. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
AMICRAZY to sign up for a half in November? I think I am going to do it.

I only run when chased, but I AM going to this stupid boot camp rather than drink ALLLLLL the alcohol like I really want. Stupid last time I worked out being told how out of shape I am... BASTARDS!
I know I should run after work today, but I'm also getting a hair cut and they blow it out for me and I NEVER blow dry my hair strait anymore and I don't want to fuck with it.

I couldn't sleep this morning, so I got up and ran. It was warm (mid to high 60's) and REALLY super muggy (think a heavy mist). It was so humid my shirt was sticking to me and looked like I'd gone swimming in it. But it was the first real rain in several weeks, and it smelled so good and clean outside! It started pouring about 15 minutes after I finished.

Conceited partay of one!
I see nothing wrong with this logic. You pay good money for s hair appointment - enjoy the results as long as possible.
I've been to the gym twice this week. I tried a new machine and hated it. I'm consistently doing a 5K on the elliptical now with the resistance bumped up a couple notches, so that's good. My time is shit, but oh well. Ain't no bears chasing me.
I did it! Arms, chest and crunches, which are the death of me. And then I walked and ran for 30. It was mostly walking, but fast, and at an incline. I need to build up to it. Plus my stupid iPod wouldn't shuffle me any Kanye and I kinda need him to run, so...
I do not like being tagged in a running thread. I feel like I'm being pressured to start running. But since I haven't been cleared to work out my arms, I think maybe I should start. Dammit.
