I think I'm doing a cross between deep cleaning and general cleaning then. I'm not just surface dusting, I do move things around and such but I've started going in with q-tips and getting nooks and crannies. And paying attention to areas that I used to look and go "yup, looks clean" and ignore.
In addition to 'regular' cleaning/dusting/picking up, I would do the following:
Walls/molding wiped and scrubbed Vents vacuumed Blinds wiped down, replaced etc. Windows washed, inside and out Cupboards wiped inside and out/organized and lined Junk drawer cleaned Light fixtures wiped/dusted and bulbs replaced
Honestly my H gets off on this kind of stuff, it’s sick. He probably does it about once every other month and sometimes once a month. Less now since we had a kid.

This is a good list! I also wipe door frames down. Scrubbing tile is the worst, I hardly ever do it. Cleaning windows.
