There is a lot of emotional stuff on this board, but this thread more than any other, makes me irate at the poeple that are doing this to you. There is absolutely nothing I hate more than planning and rearranging and wasting time for nothing. This makes me want to jump up and go run a marathon for you
'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."

Thank you. I'm not really upset at anyone, honestly, they are being pretty reasonable, it is just that my employer (uh, the realtor that they hired) thinks that my house sucks a lot and that nobody will buy it. [Condensing weeks of drama into one sentance.]
On the bright side, my [sucky] house is sparkling clean and perfectly organized. 80% of our "junk" has been thrown away or donated. I would never have tackled a huge project like whole house organizing if it weren't for this.
brit, I've got an idea! Buy yourself a few more weeks of training and come do Columbus in October...you could totally pull off a good full marathon effort, the race isn't for three months. Just a thought
I would not cram in marathon training when you are already mentally exhausted. Let your self de-stress and enjoy a PR in the half. Half marathons are more fun anyway
