I put a scoop of peanut butter into Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey, a splash of vanilla, a pinch if salt, and a few chocolate chips. HOLY SMOKES.
I try to eat pizza every Friday night before a long run. Last night I wasn't particularly hungry, but made myself eat as i'm running 15 this morning.
Most times I try to eat my best meals on Thursday, or two days before the long run/race so if I am not hungry/can't eat what i'm used to before a run, I am alright with a small meal/snack.
Hmmm. I drink hot chocolate or buy a blizzard. My calorie binges aren't healthy. When I am feeling healthy I just heat up leftovers. Being single means I have an unlimited supply of leftovers at any given time.
