I ran the warrior dash this weekend and am super proud of myself. When I started training I was in the worst shape of my life and struggled through c25k.
I am now down 27 pounds and counting. I skipped 3 of the obstacles because of height, but I worked through the rest.
I am so looking forward to training more and signing up for 5k races now! I also bought a bike and am going to try some biking too.
I did rip up my ankle and I guess I didn't clean it well enough because I got a nasty infection. The antibiotics are clearing it up. I'm off it for another day before I can run again and it's driving me nuts! Never thought I'd be that way!
Just wanted to share my story of becoming more active and loving it!
