You guys, I went to the chiropractor...

...and it was incredible.  My lower back has been in knots the last week or so, and while some pain is unavoidable (there's a baby in there spreading my pelvic bones apart), it did help to have her work on the area.  

I got to LAY ON MY STOMACH.  The table had a little panel that popped out.  It felt so good, I miss belly sleeping so, so much.  And maybe I'm just not hip on all the chiro trends, but her tables, they were all hydraulic and stuff.  I didn't even have to climb down onto it - she raised it, I stood on a little platform, and it slowly lowered me into a horizontal position.  It lifted me right back up when she was done.  

I was really hoping she would know of some magical accupressure point that would send me into labor ASAP, but no such luck.  Here I sit, contraction free...but my back feels good!!!

Oh my gosh, I kept thinking about doing this too but by now I figure I can wait it out a few more days. I'm glad you got some relief, and I hope our babies don't keep us waiting much longer!

I'm glad it went well! I was scared to go at first but after my first appointment I was sold. Whatever she did to my hips was amazing.

This is so good to read. I'm contemplating a chiro for pubic symphysis pain. I'm dying and nothing is helping!
