For various reasons, I've had to run on a treadmill a few times recently rather than the streets; I have been running since April and always on streets. I wasn't able to keep up nearly the pace on the treadmill that I thought I did on the streets, and even at 0% incline. Since my street run is really hilly, this confuses me.
Is treadmill running at all comparable to street running in terms of being able to prepare me for my 5k? Seeing my horrible stats on the treadmill scared me. 5k is in less than 1 month.
