I lurk on this board and I would really appreciate your advice.
Some background.
I lost about 15lbs last year by dieting and exercising. I have not been doing that great in the past months as I have not been eating the way I should. I haven't gained any weight but I just haven't lost more. I need to lose at least 20lbs more.
I take tennis lessons on the weekends. I have been doing it for about 9 months. In addition to playing tennis, they do some cardio and have us going to the soccer field and run.
Anyway, I am aware that I need to do more during the week so I thought since I don't have much time (I'm a single mom), I would try the 30 day Shred. I started the first level today and I just didn't feel it was that hard.
So my question is, should I do something that I find challenging or should I just stick to it as it is?
Do you have anything else that you can recommend that I can do if i dont have a lot of time?
I have struggled with weight my whole life (I have PCOS) and I promised myself that when I turn 30, I should be feeling pretty amazing about my self. I know it sounds silly, but giving myself a deadline is working some how. I know I'm not losing everything I want by August, but I know that making changes and being healthy makes me feel good.

i would say stick with it. the jillian michaels i have done in the past don't seem hard at first but then she kicks it up a notch.
i like: killer buns & thighs - jillian michaels chalean extreme - chalean johnson (beachbody) yoga in general - if you have a studio near you that would be a great start and running of course!

I say stick with it and try to make it harder, by pushing more, adding heavier weight's (if you have them) and even try doing Level 1 & 2 back to back, and even going ahead to Level 3.

I only have 5lbs dumbbells and I have no idea if I should be using something heavier. Im going to get 8lbs ones and see if that works better.

I will alternate between the 5-10lb's depending on the exercise. The shoulder stuff kills me so I lower, but the back, leg's I up the weight.
