I re-read certain books at certain times of the year because I teach them, so that's probably sorta-kinda cheating. But those are:
In the fall I re-read Nineteen Minutes, The Lovely Bones, Gentlemen, The Great Gatsby, The Old Man & the Sea.
In the spring, I re-read Shakespeare plays (whichever I am teaching that year).
I have re-read really great books for leisure reading, though too. One that comes to mind is Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah. I first read it during the summer and it seems like a "summer" sort of book to me, so I also re-read it during the summer.

I follow no seasons. I just reread when a book pops into my head. A lot of Neil Bauman and Stephen King get read over and over. Also Shirley Jackson. Just a few that come to mind quickly.
I reread this totally random book, Paddle to the Amazon. It's just this non-fiction book of the story of a father and son and their 2 year canoe trip from Manitoba down to Brazil. Usually I'll read it when I've got nothing else but I love that book for some reason.
I usually reread Harry Potter in the winter, Jane Austen in the spring, and The Stand in the fall. My summer reading is usually nonfiction historical biographies that I may or may not have read before.
I usually read HP every summer but haven't yet. I was going to read it over winter break but now after that HP thread I'm bumping it up lol.
That's the only one I read during a certain part of the year. I re-read a lot of: A Thin Dark Line - Tami Hoag Sanctuary - Nora Roberts To Kill a Mockingbird Little Women

I don't do this seasonally, but I reread pillars of the earth about once a year. HP and jitterbug perfume are also in heavy rotation, as is the historian and the his dark materials series.
I also may have read the clan of the cave bear books more times than I would care to admit.

I like reading Bridget Jones's Diary after Christmas for some fun and I've read all the HP books a million times. Other than that I generally don't re-read because there is so much new stuff I always want to read.
Lurker chiming in--I reread The Great Gatsby, Harry Potter, the Road from Coorain by Jill Ker Conway and The Last Days of Summer by Steve Kluger once a year.

I don't go by season, other than reading more in the summer because I'm out of school, but I regularly reread:
To Kill A Mockingbird Lonesome Dove The Shawshank Redemption (I also will watch this any time it's on TV) The Prince of Tides The Cider House Rules Several David Sedaris books
At Christmas I read David Sedaris Holidays on Ice and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever
It's not Christmas until I've read The Stupidest Angel by Christopher Moore and Holidays on Ice by David Sedaris. (I actually prefer them both on audiobook if that counts.)
I reread the Harry Potter, Outlander, Into the Wilderness and Game of Thrones series. It doesn't go by seasons. Usually I will read a did, quit halfway through and think "I'll never find another good book again!" And go to my comfort food books.
Also, the Into the Wilderness characters are like family. Jamie Fraser is my boyfriend, I want to mother Harry Potter and just fix the mess that is Westeros. I'm overly involved in these fictional worlds.
