Yes, there are a few that only use free weights or bands. There are also some that don't use anything but your body: Shoulders and Arms, Legs and Back (can use bands instead of the pull-up bar), and Back and Biceps (band instead of pull-up bar).

I love the shoulders and arms workout! It makes time go by so quickly, and I don't feel as intimidated lifting when I do that video as I do by the big, buff guys screaming as they pick up weights in the gym.

Yeah, it's definitely nice to have on those nights you can't/don't want to make it to the gym. Tony's a tool, though, but I love him.

Shoulders and Arms uses weights. I mean, you could do it without weights I guess, but I don't think it would do much of anything. I haven't done the other 2 DVDs mentioned, so I'm not sure about those.
