I recently started back at CF and I just signed up for my first marathon (in November) I am trying to put together my training plan and I am having a hard time.
If you were training for a marathon and doing CF twice a week - what days would you run, do CF, and rest?
My only preference is that I want to do my long runs on Saturdays but I cannot figure out what to do the other days. Should I just alternate days between run and CF? When should I rest? Am I overthinking this?

My last marathon training cycle I did cf 3x/week and I plan to do that again for this cycle. I can send you both plans if you want. The latest one includes cycling too since I plan to do a duathlon a month before the marathon. Just pm me your email and I'll send you both.

I'm training for a half and my plan is Monday- rest, Tuesday- training run (3-4 miles) Wednesday-crossfit thursday- training run Friday rest Saturday- easy 2.5 miles and crossfit sunday- long run.
