40-45 generally. Sometimes I get the random 12 hour day and I am not a fan, but things get busy. But when not busy I can do things like get a haircut in the middle of the day and no one bats an eye so i can't complain.
I'm supposed to be 9-5, but it usually ends up being 9-6/6:30 with one day closer to 7 about once a week. And typically a few 11-12 hour days a month. Usually because my boss gets distracted during the day and then at 5:30 wants to tackle a long to do list with my help.
But I clock in and out, and get overtime over 40 hours.
Recently, my boss has started encouraging me to be better about valuing my time out of work and not letting him keep me too late.
