Went back to the ortho doc today. My Achilles has been fine *while* running, but all the rest of the time? OW!
So, there's a little bump on it, he thinks some PT modality work will help and more specific stretching/strengthening. Another 4-6 weeks and I go back for an eval. Here's to hoping it works. I'm SO tired of this crap. I have a very hard time enjoying running or even wanting to go running when I know how it's going to hurt afterwards.
He did... Umm... Something tendinopathy? Im in the car, and the sheet is at home. He was really good about asking my thoughts, avoiding surgery or anything huge, and supporting my running.
