Ocean City, MD - bus to get around town?

Random question - Do people still use the bus to get around town? I lived there in, um, 1999 - and we only travelled by bus when we went out.  We couldn't afford cabs and I remember that there weren't a whole lot of them in town.  DH and I will be there in a few weeks and curious if adults still ride the bus (I'm 38) or if it will be filled with 20 year olds and we should call a cab.

It depends on where you're trying to go. Boardwalk and up the main drag? You'll be fine. Once you get off the main strip and away from the boardwalk, it gets a little more difficult. You really shouldn't have many problems though. I <3 OC.

We take cabs or walk when we go to OC, MD. I actually have never used the bus there. Cabs are pretty easy to find, especially outside of some of the big places later in the night.

Yes - I was just there last week. It still becomes the drunk bus at night but its definitely helpful if you don't want to drive.
