Several friends of mine are taking Mila (Chia seeds). Some are taking it for weight loss . . . other s are just taking it for the health benefits. (fiber, omega 3's, etc)
I am just wondering if anybody else takes it and if it's worth the cost. (Some people seem to believe that Mila is much better and worth the cost and others think it is just a pyramid money making deal)
My whole family drinks chia or sprinkles it on food . . . except for me. I have really bad IBS, and seeds just irritate my system too much. My husband and in-laws (all of whom are very athletic) swear by chia. They think it gives them more energy for their workouts.
I buy my husband's on Amazon. They sell it in different quantities, so maybe just buy a small amount and see what you think. I know people who sprinkle it in yogurt or over cereal, put it in smoothies, drink it in water, etc.
