For the first time in YEARS I'm below 170lbs! I've dropped 7.5lbs (as of this morning - our "recording weigh in" is saturday morning) since starting with this Fitbit thing!

It's been way easier than I thought it would be. The hardest part is remembering to record my food.
We've set our weight loss difficulty for 1.5lbs a week which is a 750 calorie deficit per day. add in walking 10k steps (or as close as we can get) it's been pretty easy. AND smaller portions have been filling me up considerably!

I have no idea what I weigh right now. I'm not sure where my mom has hidden the scale, but a friend of mine I haven't seen in a while told me yesterday that she can see a significant difference in my legs, so I'll take that.
Of course it probably helps that my appetite has been significantly decreased with all the stress... But I would be insanely happy if I was under 170. I weighed 174 on my wedding day. I'm pretty sure I've only been under that twice in the last 9 years.
