I have a 3 mile run planned for lunch. I was planning on swimming 30 minutes at lunch tomorrow. I have a 10K race on Saturday morning.
I don't feel like running today. I'm achy all over and just feel like getting in the pool. I always feel red-faced and sweaty after a run, which I feel like is easier to pull of on a casual Friday afternoon. I'm telling myself that it would be okay to put off my run until tomorrow so that my legs aren't dead for my Saturday morning race. Is this true or just an excuse? I haven't skipped any runs this training cycle (half marathon 10/20), but I have moved some around.
Should I buck it up and get the 3 miles in or swim today?
