This has been going on for the past three days. Any ideas of what is going on? If it keeps bothering I'll have to go get it check but was wondering if anyone had this happen to them.
Does it not hurt AT ALL when running? Not even a little? My calf strain hurt significantly worse when I stopped running. When I was running, it just felt tight.
I am stretching. I guess it does feel a bit tight but does not hurt at all when I'm running.
I might let it rest a day or two just to be safe. That's how mine started. It might be nothing, but it might be pre strain/low strain. I ran on mine for many miles on a 16 miler before it actually started to hurt while running. For the first 5-6 miles, it just felt tight. When I stopped, it definitely hurt. It's probably nothing, but rest or x-training with some extra stretching & yoga might not be the worst thing in the world if it continues to bother you. Hope you feel better soon!

Ditto this all the way. Mine felt like a tough cramp during the run but after three miles when it wasn't working itself out despite extra hydration I knew it was a pulled muscle. I would give it a few days, stretch and foam roll like crazy.
