I'd spend it slowly: once a week at Dahlia Bakery for a mini coconut creme pie. And I'm only half-kidding.
But yeah, probably Dahlia Lounge. Quintessential TD. And then I'd take home a full coconut creme pie. Are you a local, sherbanator? I don't think I "know" you.

Do you have any specific recommendations? I have been to Dahlia Lounge twice but we always go to Lola instead because we prefer the food there. That is our go to place. I do however love the bakery, lol. We must be doing it wrong. :-)

I was honestly waffling between Dahlia and Lola. Wasn't sure if you'd been to any or either, and Dahlia is kind of the staple. Since you've been to both, how about branching out? Have you tried Cuoco yet? I have really enjoyed it the two times I've been. I bet your gift card would cover dinner there with some left over--maybe enough for happy hour at Brave Horse Tavern.
I haven't branched out much, the only other TD restaurant I have been to is Etta's and that was just for happy hour.
Do you always try new things at Dahlia or is there a specific thing you always get?
I am thinking I do need to branch out catbus. It feels easier when it is on a gift card to get away from the usual, lol.
Honestly, I realized it's been quite some time since I've been to Dahlia. My office is situated just a couple blocks from his main grouping of restaurants, and just up the hill from Etta's, so in the past I've gone many times for business lunches. But I think I was last there over a year ago, and it was lunch during Restaurant Week. All I had was the grilled cheese and tomato soup (I was pregnant and that's what sounded good).
It's also been a while since I've been to Etta's. Lately we seem to end up at Cutter's for businessy things, since the view impresses people. But I was at Cuoco just a couple weeks ago and it was fabulous. They have house-made gelato that's pretty delicious.
